The crew talks or texts as usual. The day comes back as the pre-task plan, the daily report, photos filed to the right job and answers from the drawings, each line traced to who said it or which sheet it came from.

It is built for the conditions the work happens in: a phone, gloves, bad LTE. Green, the assistant inside it, reads the project documents, so an answer points to the sheet it came from.

HVAC Pro Calc

Three screens. HVAC: dimensional math and trigonometry in feet, inches and fractions. Trade geometry: offsets, arcs, cones, fan laws and stairs. Duct: enter any two of airflow, friction rate, velocity and round diameter, and the other two are solved by the ASHRAE equal-friction method, with pressure loss from Darcy-Weisbach and the friction factor from Colebrook.

The HVAC and Trade screens are regression-tested against the documented keystroke sequences in the published Model 4090 user’s guide from Calculated Industries. Where that guide labels a metric velocity-pressure result kPa although the number is in pascals, the calculator labels it Pa. The duct screen has automated tests for all six input pairs. It installs on a phone, works offline after the first load, and ships inside AirOrchestra.
