I build software for work that happens away from a desk.
Most business software assumes someone is sitting in an office with two hands free and a real keyboard. A lot of valuable work is not like that. It happens standing up, in bad light, on a phone with one bar, by people who will not stop what they are doing to fill in a form.
That work does not need a bigger dashboard. It needs software that already knows what is going on and has the next thing ready before anyone asks for it.
